Unused treatments roll over, up to three at a time, so you never lose what you've paid for.
When can I book my included treatment?
Tuesday through Friday; you're always welcome Saturdays at your member rate.
Do my member discounts apply to everything?
To additional treatments and products; they don't stack on packages, promotions, or gift cards.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Upgrade anytime; downgrades take effect after your initial 6-month term.
