How We Work
A Plan, Not a Pitch
Your skin gets a plan, not a sales pitch. We start with a free consultation, tell you honestly what will help and what won't, and build a protocol you can actually follow — at your appointments and at home.
Fifteen Years of Skin
Licensed estheticians who have treated Doral skin since 2011. Every facial is customized to your skin that day — not a fixed menu item performed the same way on everyone.
What We Use, You Can Take Home
We're an authorized PCA SKIN partner and we also work with Germaine de Capuccini, carrying both professional lines — so what we use in the room and what you use at home work together. That's what makes results hold.

Can a facial help with melasma?
Melasma is a stubborn form of pigmentation, and no single facial erases it for good — anyone promising that isn't being straight with you. What consistent professional care can do is gradually soften its appearance and help keep it in check. We treat it as a series — our Brightening facial targets uneven tone and dark spots, paired with the right home care and daily SPF, since sun is melasma's biggest trigger. For more stubborn cases we may recommend stepping up to a VI Peel. The honest path is a personalized plan built around your skin.
Do you offer facials for men?
Yes. Every facial on our menu is tailored to your skin, and men are welcome for all of them. Breakouts, ingrown hairs from shaving, and sun damage are common reasons men book, and each treatment is customized to fit.
Which facial is right for a teen?
For general skin health, our Express Signature is a gentle, well-rounded starting point. For active breakouts, the Acne facial is the better fit. A quick chat at your visit helps match the right treatment to your teen's skin.
How often should I get a facial?
For most skin, every 4–6 weeks keeps results consistent — about one skin cycle, so each visit builds on the last. If you're targeting a specific concern like acne or pigmentation, we may suggest a tighter series up front, then an easier maintenance rhythm.
What's the difference between a facial and a HydraFacial?
A classic facial is a customized, hands-on treatment built around your skin that day: cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, masks, massage. A HydraFacial is a specific device-driven treatment that cleanses, exfoliates, and infuses serums in one system, with no downtime. Both are excellent; which fits depends on your goals.
Is there downtime after a facial?
Most facials have little to none — you can usually head right back to your day. Some skin looks briefly flushed, which settles fast. Deeper treatments like peels have their own aftercare, which we'll walk you through.
